He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Dyer Stickels; his sons, Mark and Chip Cheek (Andrea Richards) of Hollywood, California.; and his grandchildren, Stacy, Michelle, Sammy Stickels, Betsy, Sally, Emily Stickels, Zach, Devon Hare, Dean Micetich, Ty Pace (Torie), Brett Garrett and Phoebe Cheek.
