He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Brooks Harris and Willie Edward Harris; and his son Keith Lyons. He is survived by: his wife Judy Garland Harris; his children, Wendy Harris, Yolanda Harris, Nartarsha Harris, Calyn Dillard, Tabitha Mc Millian, Frank Harris, Jr., David Lyons and Myron Garland; and his siblings, Naomia Hytch, Martha Harris, Katie Cooke, Elizabeth Veneable and Floyd Harris. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
