He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow LaPrad and Virginia Gunter LaPrad; and his wife Edith Gibson LaPrad. He is survived by: his children, Jack LaPrad, Jr. (Kim) of Powder Springs, GA, Melissa LaPrad of Eden and Patrice LaPrad of Eden; his siblings, Lem LaPrad of Rock Hill, SC, Woody LaPrad of Eden, Norma Jean Dalton of Ridgeway, VA, Sally Johnson of Eden and Faye Locke of Mount Airy, NC; his grandchildren, Jack Wilson LaPrad, III, Carter LaPrad, Gunter LaPrad, Amber Land and Grace Gauldin; and his great grandchildren, Mallory LaPrad and Virginia LaPrad.
