It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Joyce (Eden, North Carolina), who passed away on June 28, 2013, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Christopher C. Joyce and Sallie Odell Joyce. He is survived by : his niece Betty J. Aheron (Jack) of Eden; his nephews, Doug Joyce of Eden and Ed; his wife Freda Wilmoth Joyce; and his daughter Toni Adams DeHart. He is also survived by four brothers.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that any memorials or donations be made to Hospice of Rockingham County: 2150 NC 65, Reidsville NC 27320, or to any church of the donors choice.
