He was predeceased by: his father Percy "P. T."; and his siblings, P. T. "Peach" Hailey, Edna Hailey Kallam, Annie Ruth Hailey Barksdale and Mary Lilly Hailey Self.
He is survived by: his brother Melvin S. Haley (Grace) of Macon, GA; his nephew Jeff Kallam; and his friend Jerine Patterson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
