He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Durham Voss; and his granddaughter Stephanie Gibson. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Loop, Susan Voss, Steve Voss (Candy) of Eden and Mike Voss (Donna) of Ruffin; his grandchildren, Brian Gibson, Joel Voss (Ellie), Delana Voss and Rebecca Strader; his great grandchild London Strader; his sisters, Emma V. Washburn of Eden and Linda V. Tuck (Mack) of Nathalie, VA; and his nephew Robert Corum (Angela).
