With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy Donald Gilley Sr. (Eden, North Carolina), who passed away on November 28, 2011. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Gilley and Elsie Hale Gilley; and his brother Joel W. Gilley of Virginia Beach, VA.. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy D. "Donnie" Gilley, Jr. of Eden, Julia G. Ellington of Raleigh and Lisa G. Young of Eden; his grandchildren, Dusty, Matthew, Eric, Jordan, Erin and Faith; his great grandchildren, Skylar, Dylan and Winn; and his siblings, Janice Kocher of Greensboro and Jackie Foster Gilley.
