He is survived by: his wife Carol Wray Hill; his son John Austin Hill of Ridgeway, VA; his mother Annabelle Wooten Hill (Ann) of Eden; and his siblings, Amos J. Hill, Jr. of Eden, Debbie Shelton of Mayodan, Jo Ann West of Orlando, FL, Kaye Smith of Randleman and Bobbie Sue Hill of Eden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
