She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Belcher and Lovella Stanley Belcher; her siblings, Betty Phelps (Perry), Carol Jones, Margaret Robertson (Dale), Douglas Belcher, Roger Belcher, David Belcher, Ronald Joseph Belcher and Thomas Woodrow Belcher; and her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Elizabeth and Cameron Byrd (Bubba).
She is survived by: her children, Donna Odell (Paul), Cynthia Byrd, Shani Hurley (Rodney) and Charles Hicks; her brothers, Theodore Belcher and Philip Belcher (Chris); her grandchildren, Steven Workman, Gene McPeak (Brittany), Michael Byrd, Patricia Byrd (Calvin Reynolds), Andrew Yopp and Ashley Yopp; her great grandchildren, Athena, Stacey Workman, Sofia, Ella Mae McPeak, Olivia, Janie Byrd, Kitana and Xavier Reynolds; her sisters-in-law, Lou Belcher and Wanda Belcher; and her sister Wanda Belcher. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
