It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June Hoogland Tapper (Eden, North Carolina), born in Springfield, Virginia, who passed away on December 27, 2012, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hoogland and Euna Alexander Hoogland. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" D. Tapper; her sons, John D. Tapper III of Rio Rancho, NM, Dr. David Tapper (Jennette) of Eden, Charles Tapper of Owasso, OK and Christopher Tapper (Kristen) of Bellevue, KY.; and her brother Charles Hoogland (Kay) of Springfield, ILL. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
