She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin "Pokey" Bartlett and Jewel Fletcher Bartlett; her husband Robert Fulp; and her sister Janice Bartlett Ruth (Carl). She is survived by: her sons, Rocky Bibee (Cindy) and Charles Austin (Anna); her grandchildren, Kristin Reyes (Roberto), Daniel Bibee Isaac Bibee (Sadie), Wesley Harris, Alyssa Harris, Kaylee Harris and Elizabeth Austin; and her siblings, Danny Bartlett, Odie Bartlett, Kenneth Bartlett (Sue) and Charmaine Fulp (Mike). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
