She was predeceased by : her parents, Elbert Ray and Dorothy Mae Martin Moore; her brother Jeff Bailey; her nephew Rev. Reginald Hester III; and her brothers-in-law, Arnold Ward and Jim Hester.

She is survived by : her husband Jerry Moore; her daughter Angela Vann (Owen) of Snow Camp; her grandchildren, Dylan Dove, Wesley Vann and Eleana Vann; and her siblings, Bonnie Lee Hester of Virginia Beach, VA, Joyce Langley Ward of Burlington, Marci Lynn Forman (Garry) of Maysville, KY and Ronnie Allen Langley (Connie) of Richmond, VA.
