She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Hale and Lucinda Joyce Hale; her husband Mack Jackson Evans; her son Jessie Evans; and her siblings, Claude Hale, George Hale, Charles Hale, Carl Hale, Nannie Bet Hale and Vivian Coleman.
She is survived by : her children, Frankie Evans (Cindy) of Eden, Mack Evans and Jessica Brooke Evans of Eden; her granddaughters, Judy Evans of Eden, Cindy Samuels (Calvin) of Dry Fork, VA, Belinda Evans of Eden and Cathy Rorrer Eden; and her siblings, John Hale of Eden, Ralph Hale of Ridgeway, VA and Janice Bouldin of Eden. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
