With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorene Kirkman Farmer (Eden, North Carolina), born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on January 16, 2011 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Solomon Brady and Myrtle Overby Kirkman; and her husband Cecil Floyd Farmer. She is survived by: her children, Gary MIchael Farmer (Evelyn) of Flora, IL and Celia F. McLean of Roanoke, VA.
