He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Caviness (Bob) of Winston-Salem; his stepson Ed Brown (Kathy) of Stoneville; his grandchildren, Tesha Caviness, Nick Caviness, Rachel Brown, Rebecca Brown and Nathan Brown; his great grandchildren, Elise and Maci Caviness; his siblings, Lucy McClamrock of Winston-Salem, Becky Powell (Junior) of Greensboro, Fran Collins (Harvey) of Pfafftown, Jewel Priddy of Stoneville, Ray Shaffer (Ruth) of Sandy Ridge and Roy Lee Shaffer of Collinsville, VA; and his sisters-in-law, Marion Biggs (Harvey, Jr) and Elaine Shaffer.
