With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise Thomasson Vernon (Eden, North Carolina), who passed away on June 8, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leonard Thomasson and Leona Dean Thomasson; her daughter Linda Clumm; and her siblings, Alfred Thomasson and Mary Alice Hopkins.
She is survived by: her husband George "Alfred" Vernon; her daughters, Deborah Cochran (Barry) of Eden, Rhonda Nance (Garland) of Eden and Lisa Mays (Tim) of Eden; and her siblings, Charles Thomasson of Reidsville and Gloria Jean Mullins of Maryland. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Vernon was a very loyal supporter of many charities, therefore, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
