She was predeceased by: her parent John Shiller. She is survived by: her parent Beatrice Romig Shiller; her husband Thomas A. Dugey Sr.; her children, Pam Kutzler (Floyd), Brenda Congilio (Frank Jr) and Thomas A. Dugey Jr.; her wife Shirley of Phillipsburg; and also, Debra Weller (Bruce) of Phillipsburg and Lori Dugey of Eden, NC..
The entombment will be at the Northampton Memorial Shrine in Palmer Township, PA, In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Blessed Hope Church of the Nazarene, 42 Mercer St., Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.
