She is survived by: her children, Linda Hay (Magdy) of New York, Ruth "Charlie" Tonkin (Chuck) of Knoxville, TN, Artie Jones (Kellie) of Eden and Jack Jones (Kim) of Mayodan; her grandchildren, Michael Woods, Courtney Woods, Jaclyn Jones Thomas, Zachary Dyar, Rachel and Lauren Jones; her great grandchild Alexis Thomas; her sisters, Gladys Brown, Joy McDonald of Fieldale, VA and Gloria Baker of Ridgeway, VA; and her stepchildren, Ricky Vernon and Vanessa Vernon.
