She was predeceased by: her brothers, William C. Belcher, Jr. and Clarence W. Belcher. She is survived by: her husband James Wheeler; her parents, William Curtis Belcher, Sr. and Rosie Sheckells Belcher of Eden; her sister Paula Hodges of Eden; and her pets, Ralph and Runt. She is also survived by four nieces; two nephews.
