He is survived by: his wife Vicki Hickman Shropshire; his son Josh Garrett (Carey) of Wilmington, NC; his parents, Ray Shropshire and Helen Shropshire of Eden; and his siblings, Debbie Adkins (Bill) of Houston, TX and Randy Shropshire (Crystal) of Carolina Beach, NC. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
