She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Perkins Merrick (Mike) of Reidsville and Heather Perkins Wakefield of Eden; her grandchildren, Logan Boothe, Noah Dalton, Hope Boothe, Maddie Boothe and Jacob Wakefield; her great grandchildren, Grayson Dalton and Nylah Dalton; her granddaughter Kenna Slaughter; her sister Faye Clark of Eden; and her nieces, Glenda Clark and Linda Holley.
