He is survived by: his parents, Larry Swanson Nance, Jr. and Summer Patterson Nance of Eden; his grandparents, Susan Terry, Larry Nance, Sr. and Rebecca Nance; and his great-grandparents, Arlene, William Terry and Maggie Nance of Eden.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Brenner's Children's Hospital, Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC.
