With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul L. Prewitt Sr. of Eden, North Carolina, who passed away on August 30, 2021 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, W. A. Prewitt and Stella Barnett; his wife Betty Fiero Prewitt; his brother Brady; his son Paul Leahmon Prewitt, Jr. (Camilla); his grandchildren, Cullen Prewitt (Amy) and Jeremy Prewitt (Jamee); and his close friend Susie Prior.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rockingham County Veterans Honor Guard, 4655 Price Road; Stoneville, N.C. 27048 or to First Baptist Church, 533 Greenwood Street, Eden, N.C. 27288.
