She was predeceased by: her brothers, James Scott, Clayborne Scott, Richard Scott and Conrad Scott. She is survived by: her husband Charles J. Bailey; and her siblings, Tommy Scott, Betty S. Biggs, Lelia S. Farmer, Frances S. Martin, Virginia S. London and Glenda S. Porter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
