She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Fischer and Marie Fischer; her husband E. LeRoy Smart; and her brothers, Lothan and Joachin Fischer.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa "Toot" Smart DeLuca of Eden and Phil Smart (Joanie) of Houston, TX; her grandchildren, Gavin of Houston and Ashley Manning (Kevin) of Oklahoma City, OK; and her siblings, Jutta Shelton of Eden and Manfred Fischer (Sybille) of Bonn, Germany. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
