He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Fulp. He is survived by: his wife Gail Fulp; his children, Rocky Bibee (Cindy), Charles Austin (Anna) and Erica Carter of Mayodan; his grandchildren, Kristin, Daniel, Isaac, Wesley, Alyssa, Kaylee and Elijah; his mother JoAnn Harris Fulp of Stoneville; and his siblings, Mike Fulp (Charmaine) of Eden, Jeff Fulp (Pam) of Stoneville, Donna Carson, Cindy Dillon, Buddy Fulp and Rick Gibson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions may be made to Fair Funeral Home, PO Box 337, Eden, NC 27289, to assist with the costs of the funeral.
