He is survived by: his children, Donald Kevin Joyce (Chasity) of Mayodan, Keith Joyce of Eden and Michelle Whittington (Brad) of Roberta, GA; and his sisters, Melinda Wilson (Kevin) of Stoneville and Ester Cochran (Billy) of Grover, NC. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
