He is survived by: his wife Josephine Rea Tuggle; his son Richard Wayne Tuggle (Novie) of Eden; his daughter-in-law Terri Woods Tuggle of Eden; and his siblings, Rev. Benny Tuggle (Laverne) of Stoneville, G. T. Tuggle (Phyllis) of Ridgeway, VA, Margaret Kendrick of Stoneville and Bert Chaney of Stoneville.
