He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Waldo Law. He is survived by: his mother Nannie Mae Newman (Lewis) of Eden; his wife Betty Dillon Law; his children, Lisa Moretz (Michael) of Eden, NC and Thomas Wayne Law, Jr. (Marie) of Eden; and his brother David Law (Patricia) of Ridgeway, VA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
