He is survived by: his wife Jackie Lemons Amburn; his daughter Stephanie Amburn Dalton (Jai) of Eden; his grandsons, D. J. Moton of Eden and Jake Dalton of Eden; his siblings, Jerry Amburn (Tony Burnette) of Chatham, VA and Doris Keaton (Doug) of Reidsville; his mother-in-law Lou Lemons; his brother-in-law Andy Lemons; his niece Ashley Rocha of Encinitas, CA; and his pets, Lambeau, Pepper, Maggie Mae, Blue Z, Gone and Samie.
