She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sidney Sykes and Ina Love Sykes; her children, Elizabeth Caviness Hathorn of Edenton and Robert Lynn Caviness (Diann) of Virginia Beach; her grandchildren, Erick Corbett Hathorn (Rosie) of Islamorada, FL, Andrew William Hathorn (Anne) of St. Petersburg, FL, Jessie Branson Sanders (Joe) of Virginia Beach and Julie Lynn Dierstein (Kevin) of Virginia Beach; and her great grandchildren, Will, Quinn, Drew, Greyson and Brody.
