It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ashby Browder (Edenton, North Carolina), who passed away on September 22, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Linwood Browder, Sr. and Edna Flood Browder; and his sister Evangeline Browder Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Daughtry Browder; his sons, Rev. Richard A. "Ricky" Browder, Jr. (Denise) of Edenton, Rev. John Randall "Randy" Browder (Missy) of Asheboro and Rev. Christopher Glynn Browder (Natalie) of Fernandina Beach, FL; his siblings, Jean Moseley of Lawrenceville, VA and Charles L. "Lin" Browder, Jr. (Betty) of Currituck; his grandchildren, Allen (Amanda), Andrew (Morgan), Austin, Kaleb, Graycie, Brycen, Joshua, Emma, Macie and Aliya; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Henry and Addy.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, no formal visitation will be held, however the family will receive friends at the gravesite immediately following the service, or all other times at the residence.
