He is survived by: his wife Carol Proctor Tynch; his daughters, Shannon Parker (Walter) of Corapeake, Brittany Knowles (Kenny) of South Mills and Elizabeth Weber (Travis) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Lil Ray, Dallas and Clay Knowles; his daughters, Carolyne and Lillie Parker; and his siblings, Jeanette White of Colerain, Margie Fulghum of Newport News, VA, Stanley of Edenton and Ricky Tynch of Edenton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
