Barbara Mobley Conger Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Mobley Conger (Edenton, North Carolina), who passed away on January 19, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Kelly and Ethel Dickens Mobley; her husband Joseph H. Conger, Jr.; and her brother Dr. Billy T. Mobley. She is survived by: her children, Kim Cooper (Gary) of Elizabeth City and Kel Elmore (Kathleen) of Edenton; and her grandson Graham Elmore.
