She was predeceased by: her parent Jeppie W.; her sister Sandra Layton Barker; and her brother-in-law James K. "Jim" Diven. She is survived by: her parent Katie Belch Layton; her son Robert E. Wiseman, Jr. of Edenton; her sister Gloria Layton Diven of Chuckatuck, VA; and her brother-in-law Harold "Hal" Barker of Chesapeake, VA.
