He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frank Werszila and Patricia Hart Werszila Kassop. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Anaya "Peggy" Werszila; his children, Janet Marie MacKenzie of Edenton and James Richard Palmer (Dianne) of Adelaide, Australia.; and his grandson Alexander James "A. J.".
