He was predeceased by: his brother William James; his mother Brenda Daniels; and his pet Matilda. He is survived by: his significant other Tina Harris; his siblings, Kristy LaLonde (Jeff) of Edenton and Jesse Smith (Abby) of Wellsville, Ohio; his children, Ethan Smith, Daniel Smith, Amber Smith of Ohio and Elizabeth Williams; and his nieces and nephews, Destiny Askew of Greenville, NC, Aubrey Smith of Wellsville, Ohio., Hunter Kight of Edenton, NC, Connor Smith, Gage Smith and Jameson Smith of Wellsville, Ohio.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
