She is survived by: her parent Elva Mann Winslow of Hertford; her daughters, Kimberly Ann Skipper (Chris) of Hertford and Marisa Scott Ellis of Edenton; her siblings, Buck Winslow of Raleigh, Linda W. Speary (Cabe) of Edenton and Suzanne W. Phelps (Mike) of Roper; her grandchildren, Landyn, Nathan, Brayden and Grace; and her nephews, Dylan Phelps and Jackson Speary.
