He is survived by: his mother Glinda Viola Duncan White; his spouse Roxana Virue White; his children, Hannah Cafferello (Joey) of Elizabeth City, NC, Amy White (Josh Carr) of Elizabeth City, NC, Thomas Scolaro, Jr. (Brandi) of Beaumont, TX, Matthew Scolaro of Hankamer, TX, Andrew Scolaro of Reno, NV and Nicholas Scolaro of Edenton, NC; his siblings, Rhonda Hilderbrand (Sammy) of Elizabeth City, NC and Neil White (Bonnie) of Elizabeth City, NC; and his grandchildren, Connor, Declan, Emily, William, Alex, Mckenzie, Corbin, Sydney, Gabriel, Amiria and Jaylin.
There will be no formal visitation with the family due to the current Covid conditions.
