He was predeceased by: his parents, Grada Oiler and Madge Hampton Oiler; his wife Delma June Salisbury Oiler; and his brothers, Carl and Larry Jay Oiler.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Marie Fielder (Robert), Linda Kay Arnold (Troy), Steven C. Oiler (Laura), David W. Oiler (Teresa) and Michael L. Oiler (Jessica); and his sister Doris Jacks.
