With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James D. Kelsey (Edenton, North Carolina), born in Theresa, New York, who passed away on March 24, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Kelsey and Harriet Kelsey (Hudson); and his siblings, Jesse, Charles Kelsey and Elizabeth St. Louis.
He is survived by: his wife Bette Lou Kelsey (Comrie); his children, Peter Kelsey (Tessa) of North Carolina and Elizabeth Palaia (Paul) of Newington; his grandchildren, Hannah, Emma, Freya Kelsey, Anthony and Dominic Palaia; and his sister Eleanor Kelsey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
