She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Thigpen Swindell and Marion Smith Swindell. She is survived by: her siblings, Jesus, Larry Swindell (Suzy) of Greensboro, Sheron Barnard (Ronnie) of Chesapeake and Beth Williams (David) of Midlothian. She is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews, 6 great-nieces and nephews, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
