He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carmel and Alma Eileen Aliff Jarrell; and his daughter Tammy Davis. He is survived by: his wife Kitty Kirkland Jarrell; his children, Lori Reynolds (Jamie) of Elkton, MD and Joey Jarrell (Emily) of Atlanta, GA; his sister Donna Campbell of Florida; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Tyler, Wesley, Blakely, Rylee and Bennett.
