He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Lewis and Etta Lewis; and his wife Priscilla Dozier Lewis. He is survived by: his son Eric Todd Lewis of Edenton; his granddaughter Caitlyn Brianna Lewis of Reno, NV; and his siblings, Ann Gardner of Morehead City and Leroy Lewis of Florida.
