She was predeceased by: her parent Worth Eugene; and her sister Barbara S. Rinehart. She is survived by: her parent Esther Mae Hollowell Spencer; her husband John M. Adams; her children, Kimberly D. Dennis (Michael) of Chesapeake, VA, James N. "Jimmy" Young of Manassas, VA, John Walter Adams (Magda) of Manassas, VA and Eric Wayne Adams (Kat) of Omaha, NE; and her sisters, Cynthia S. Dandrea of Anaheim, AZ, Irene S. Stotesbury of Edenton, Nick, Brock, Evan and Lauren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Memorial Fund of Edenton Baptist Church, 200 S. Granville Street, Edenton, NC 27932.
