She was predeceased by: her parents, Jarvis Ephrain Forehand and Elie Rogerson Forehand; her husband Charles Wilford "Bill" Winslow; and her siblings, Marjorie Rountree and Melvin Forehand.
She is survived by: her sons, Jarvis W. Winslow (Carolyn) of Hertford and Stanley R. Winslow (Vickie) of Hertford; her grandchildren, J. Brian Winslow (Shana), Tanya T. Jones (Aubrey), Brandon M. Winslow (Tiffany) and Jared T. Winslow; and her great grandchildren, Kiley, Kayla, Mark, Nora, Hatteras and Brixton. She is also survived by six great-great-grandchildren.
