She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Alexander and Callie Goodwin Bunch; her husband Jack H. Barrow; her siblings, Jessie Ruth Hutchcroft and Joseph Lee Bunch; and her son-in-law Ronnie Sawyer.
She is survived by: her children, Harriet Sawyer Rountree (Ronnie) of Edenton, Mary Jo Bass (Donald) of Edenton and John Scott Barrow (Nancy) of Edenton; her grandchildren, Rhonda Sawyer Tynch (Wayne), Boni Sawyer Revelle (Dexter), Jonathan Bass, Megan Bass Overton (Brett), Leslie S. Fuller (Blake), Judson S. Smith (Lauren) and Chris Rountree (Julie); and her great grandchildren, Allen, Callie, Nolan, Ethan, Holden, Sydney, Parker, Ella Kate and Emmalynn.
