She was predeceased by: her parent Claude Willis; and her brother Willis Williams. She is survived by: her parent Myrtle White Williams; her daughter Paula Perry; her husband Kirk Hile of Charlotte; her son Scott Perry; her grandchildren, Charlsie Perry, Matthew Perry and Brittany Perry Owens; her great grandchild Brynlee Gray Owens of Hertford; and her nephew Wes Williams of New York.
To honor Myrtle's compassionate heart for animals, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA of Northeastern NC, Elizabeth City, or the Tri-County Animal Shelter, Tyner.
