He was predeceased by: his parent Norman Alvin, Sr.; and his brother Richard Allen Russ. He is survived by: his parent Edith Gertrude Jolley Russ; and his nieces, Edith Russ White (Scott) of Spartanburg, SC, Patricia Russ Wolford of Frederick, MD, Michael Wolford, Nathan Wolford and Bryson Wolford.
