It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roma O'Neal Hudson of Edenton, North Carolina, born in Tarboro, North Carolina, who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph O'Neal and Hattie Louise Williamson Terry; and her brother Benny Terry. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Bennington of Edenton and Phyllis Brooks Smith of Virginia Beach, VA; and her sister Betty Gay of Hertford. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
